1. 1) managing your registration and participation in our online courses;
2. 2) send you promotional communications about our courses and/or company newsletters.

Legal basis of the processing is represented in the case referred to number 1) from the contract of which the interested party is a party or pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the interested party (art. 6 letter b) GDPR) and in the case referred to number 2) from the consent of the interested party (art. 6 letter a) GDPR).

Processing methods and data recipients

The data may be processed on electronic, or paper supports, both by internal personnel involved in the performance of the services requested by you as authorized to the processing, and by any third parties involved in the performance of the same activities as Data Processors, as the provider of the web platform for the use of courses, or as Data Controllers.

The data will be kept for the time necessary to manage your request, subject to various regulatory or contractual obligations.

Rights of the interested parties

We remind you that at any time you have the right to ask the Data Controller to access, correct or cancel your personal data or request the limitation of the processing of data concerning you or to oppose, in addition to the right to the portability of your data; you can exercise these rights using the contact details above. Right of complaint

We also remind you of the right to contact the Supervisory Authority, in Italy represented by the Guarantor for the protection of personal data, to lodge a complaint.
