The course has limited availability and is subject to a fee.
Registration for the course takes place by completing the online form and paying the registration fee.
Submission of the completed form does not constitute final confirmation of participation.
To confirm registration, payment of the participation fee must be made by bank transfer within 3 days from the date of online registration.
Registration shall be considered definitively confirmed only upon receipt of the duly completed form and payment of the registration fee, provided that places are still available.
Withdrawals, Refunds and Cancellations
Any withdrawal must be communicated in writing by email to asalaser@asalaser.com.
- Withdrawals communicated at least 14 days before the start of the course entitle the participant to a refund of 100% of the amount paid.
- For withdrawals communicated between 14 days and 3 days before the course date, a refund of 50% of the amount paid will be granted.
- For withdrawals communicated after this deadline, no refund will be granted.
Failure to attend the course without prior notice shall not entitle the participant to any refund.
The participant may be replaced by another person, subject to prior written notice, no later than 3 days before the course start date.
In the event that the course is cancelled by the organisation, the amount paid will be refunded in full.
In the event of postponement, the participant may choose whether to keep the registration valid for the new date or request a full refund.
Invoicing
The registration fee includes all applicable Italian taxes for the event.
The invoice will be issued upon receipt of payment, based on the details provided during registration.
Force Majeure
The organisation reserves the right to postpone or cancel the course due to force majeure or for reasons beyond its control. In such cases, the amount paid will be refunded. As an alternative to a refund, in the event of postponement of the course, the participant will be given the option to attend the same course on the subsequent date.
Liability and Jurisdiction
The organisation shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the course and does not guarantee the achievement of specific professional results.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Vicenza.
